can tinidazole be bought over the counter Has that ‘New Year, New You’ resolution fallen on it’s feet? Not with Classpass. Here at Shimmering Sands were feeling smug to continue the new year fitness buzz thanks to a fun array of workouts and classes available with Classpass.
http://hannahshill.com/wp-login.php January 1st 2019 we needed some serious motivation and not to mention gym inspo so SS Contributor Aimee Connor signed up to trial Classpass. Here’s how it went;
For those of you that haven’t heard of this Dubai institution – it’s an app that lets you try 1,000s of workouts – with absolutely no commitments and what’s more if you sign up you get two weeks free.
After browsing the app, we realised there’s a lot to choose from, with 150 studio to be exact and a choice of body conditioning and resistance training, HIT classes, barre (our new fave), boxing, spinning (not our cup of tea) and not to mention yoga, pilates and meditation too.
So how does it work?
- You choose your plan depending on how many classes you’ll want to attend per month — classes are “priced” in credits, and vary depending on the time, location, popularity, and equipment used. So, for example on average you spend around 9 credits per class.
- You pay one monthly fee starting from AED159 (this gets you 2-3 classes per month) so we’re thinking the package starting from AED309 per month may be the best bet combined with our fitness regime (running, walking, the Fitness In DXB weekly workouts and just generally getting outside to enjoy this amazing Dubai winter weather).
- You can book on the app by location or studio. So far, we love Yoga La Vie and the Barre and Slimdown classes taken by Liris.
To sign up visit: https://classpass.com/ and keep an eye on our Instagram as during February we’ll be running a competition for one of you to win a Classpass membership for you and your bestie to get fit together.
